Georgia Follow Up
Participants from Georgia: Teona Tepnadze, Mariam Mamuladze, Nona Jalabadze, Nino Kuratashvili made the follow up activity at 12/07/2022 in Tbilisi in Georgia. In the activity there were 7 youngsters ages from 16 to 19 years old and they had an activity which we worked in the project actually they draw how they see themselves and how people imagine each participant, then we had discussion and they liked it as well as we.
Second online follow up
Participants made a second online follow up activity at 18 of August with the participation of 10 youngsters from Georgia. In the activity they talked and they show actually activities from the training where they combine Mental Health with Healthly environment. Also They show some activities in Yoga medidation and the online participant tried to make it way of life.

This type of projects can easily become the best experience of your life. The reasons are many cross cultural experience, activities and traveling, while also making many international friends.
NINI
Participating in Erasmus+ projects is a great opportunity for the young generation. Previously I studied with Erasmus + in Poland and also to participated in project in Turkey. I got astonishing experience, that's why I decided to try another project which took place in Pissouri, Cyprus. To be honest this project exceeded my expectations. During training days I learned a lot from the speakers such as creative thinking techniques, working on improving yourself, reconnecting with nature,cooperating with international teams and etc. I enjoyed both theoretical and practical experience.
The most important advantage for me was the ability to meet representatives from different cultural backgrounds. During this project, I met colleagues from 8 different countries and we had the chance to exchange information about our culture, traditions, economic and political situation and etc.
I am grateful for Erasmus + for each opportunity and I would recommend everyone who wants to broaden horizons and think out of the box to try participating in the following projects/trainings offered by this organization. Last but not least, I would like to express my deep sense of gratitude to the amazing organizors of the project Nikolas, Kyriacos, Erma, Marina from the hosting organisation, to my organisation Bitisi, and to all the participants for unforgettable days.

I would like to express my emotions about the greatest Erasmus+ project - "Reconnect with nature". I am excited and super lucky to be a part of this project. With the help of this opportunity, I met broad-minded and purposeful people. So meeting people from different countries and cultures helped me broaden my horizons. This exchange program was the best way for my personal, professional and emotional growth. I gained efficient skills which will help me to achieve my goals and become a true success story. It allowed me to reconnect with nature, unlock my brain, turn all gadgets off along with communicate with people with various cultural backgrounds and collect unforgettable memories with them.

I want to share you my ideas about this project, so I have gathered much experience, it was great opportunity for all of us to know what is nature, how are connected nature and human being, even I didn't think about meditation or yoga, because I thought it was just spending time, but now I'm trying at least two times a week to make combination of both of them. I'm really satisfied and wish all young people to have opportunities taking part in projects like that.
