Romania Dissemination

Dissemination and follow up activities from the participants of Romania has been done in several ways with the following way:

One follow up activity has been done from the participants Aurelian Grigore, Alex Petre, Dorian Ionita, Popa Alin Sergiu it Bucharest 20 August 2022, at 16:00 o'clock. Duration 1 hour. In the activity took place 35 participants, age from 18 to 30 years old, from 4 countries: Denmark, Romania, Italy and Cyprus. We told the participants about our training course in Cyprus, what we learned from it, about the activities and workshops that we made and about how it helped us to collaborate and exchange ideas and good practice techniques with each other. After that we made a workshop about art and how it can help us to avoid the mental stress and made us more present and aware of the surrounding. The participants has to create a piece or art with the materials that they found in the nature such as leaves, branches, stones, trash and using the method of upcycling creating an art installation with added value. We also discussed about meditation and the benefits that it has on the body and mind and we did some breathing technique exercise based on the Wim Hof teachings.

PETRE MIHAI-ALEXANDRU: Made his follow up Activity in a forest in the Pitesti city at Romania at 01.10.2022, 10.00 and the activity had a duration of 2 hours.

The presentation was given as part of a workshop at the Romanian Scouting National Organization - Aventura Pitesti's Opening of the Scouting Year 2022 event.

The event was attended by 90 people. They are all Romanian citizens. Our participants were mostly between the ages of 15 and 18. The majority of them were interested in practical strategies for dealing with difficult situations and discovering their inner selves.

It was an offline event to spread information about the Erasmus+ network, the training course ReConnect with Nature for Inner Peace, and to share some of the exercises learned throughout the project.

They were enthusiastic about activities. They arrived full of enthusiasm and eager to explore and learn new things. I informed them about our initiative and the events of the day.

It was then followed by the two activities from the training course. The first activity featured guided meditation, which allowed participants to relax their minds and regulate their inner condition. This prepared the participants for the second activity, a treasure search in the forest.

The exercise was warmly received, and the participants had a great time.

The activity assisted the target group in better understanding the complexities of communication and connecting with oneself.

What our participants send about the training:

Aurelian Grigore: The training course RE-Connect with Nature in Pissouri, Cyprus was a life changing experience that helped me to develop as a person, to learn more about mindfulness, art and nature as well as to develop new skills and exchange ideas. In this project I made lifelong friendships and I still keep in contact with the participants to see how our life develop further. I recommend to everyone to take part in an Erasmus project as it is an unique opportunity to learn new things and develop yourself.

Dorian Ionita: Youth have a fantastic opportunity to participate in Erasmus+ programmes. Honesty, this project was much better than I would've expected. I gained a lot of knowledge from the instructors throughout training days, including ways to think creatively, how to work on developing yourself, how to reconnect with nature, how to collaborate with other foreign teams, and more. The opportunity to interact with representatives from many cultural backgrounds was amazing. I worked on this project with coworkers from eight different nations, and we had the chance to discuss our cultures, traditions, political and economic situations, and other things. At the end of the day, I believe that it is very important to understand that we are all human and we are all going through different issues in our lives, therefore we should be understanding of everybody. This is a key takeaway I learnt through this experience. I met amazing people through this project and I will definitely keep in touch with them!

Alin Popa: It was an amazing experience to participate in this training course with Erasmus, I learned a lot of new skills that I will use at my daily job and I will share with my colleagues and friends the knowledge that I learned here. Many thanks to the whole organizing team for this project, looking forward to participate again in the future in similar training. My favorite activity was the improvisation theater.

PETRE MIHAI-ALEXANDRU: It was an amazing opportunity and through the follow up activity I understand that this training is something that mad me think different
